Jelly bean fudge is pretty to make and will start your Easter off right with a major sugar buzz. This recipe is kid friendly and only three ingredients are needed for this sweet treat: 1 16-ounce tub of vanilla frosting 2 cups of white chocolate chips 2 cups of miniature jelly beans in a variety of spring colors Begin by lightly greasing a nine inch square cake pan. Use a heavy saucepan to melt the white chocolate chips over low heat, while constantly stirring until the chocolate is melted and has a smooth consistency. Slowly add the frosting to the mixture until it is smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool just a bit. The mixture should be easy to stir but not too hot.

After a long cold winter, there are signs that Spring is approaching. For one, our shipment of Rosanna’s Boho Dessert Plates and Dinner Plates just arrived. Nothing says spring like these great bright colors mixed and matched on your table! They are even marked 15% off! Snatch them up now, who knows if they will still be in stock by the time Spring actually arrives!

I just had to tell all of you all about this contest! One of my absolute favorite blogs is the ParTea Planner by Risa Provencio. She came up with this wonderful idea to celebrate the first day of spring with a tea party contest! What a great way to get ready for Easter and the beginning of spring! Even if you are not quite up for planning a tea party, I would mosey on over to her blog anyway. She has some of the most stunning pictures of tea parties and birthday parties I have ever seen. I will definitely be using some of her ideas for my own parties. It is a great place for inspiring ideas! |
