Jelly bean fudge is pretty to make and will start your Easter off right with a major sugar buzz. This recipe is kid friendly and only three ingredients are needed for this sweet treat:

1 16-ounce tub of vanilla frosting

2 cups of white chocolate chips

2 cups of miniature jelly beans in a variety of spring colors

Begin by lightly greasing a nine inch square cake pan. Use a heavy saucepan to melt the white chocolate chips over low heat, while constantly stirring until the chocolate is melted and has a smooth consistency. Slowly add the frosting to the mixture until it is smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool just a bit. The mixture should be easy to stir but not too hot.
Next add the jelly beans and stir well. Be sure that the mixture is not hot enough to melt the jelly beans. After all the jelly beans have been added, spread the mixture into the pan and allow it to cool at room temperature. Cover the pan tightly and allow it to cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Recipe makes three dozen pieces of jelly bean fudge.
