Jelly bean fudge is pretty to make and will start your Easter off right with a major sugar buzz. This recipe is kid friendly and only three ingredients are needed for this sweet treat: 1 16-ounce tub of vanilla frosting 2 cups of white chocolate chips 2 cups of miniature jelly beans in a variety of spring colors Begin by lightly greasing a nine inch square cake pan. Use a heavy saucepan to melt the white chocolate chips over low heat, while constantly stirring until the chocolate is melted and has a smooth consistency. Slowly add the frosting to the mixture until it is smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool just a bit. The mixture should be easy to stir but not too hot. Leave a Reply |
